We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Submitting an inquiry via our website contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking or reservation. All catering engagements are confirmed only upon written confirmation from Flagship Jet Services, LLC following mutual agreement on service details, pricing, and scheduling.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests submitted with advance notice. Same-day requests are subject to availability.
Pricing for our catering services is bespoke and varies based on the scope of service, menu selection, number of guests, logistics, and special requirements. A detailed quote will be provided following your inquiry and consultation. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to require a deposit for service engagements.
Cancellation and modification policies will be specified in your individual service agreement. In general, cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. We will communicate any applicable fees clearly at the time of booking.
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergen requirements as communicated by the client, Flagship Jet Services, LLC cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Clients with severe allergies are responsible for communicating all relevant information and assume ultimate responsibility for any consumption decisions.
